Make an effort, find out about and receive your notices with the APP-AEAT

The Tax Agency provides citizens with an application free of charge for smart mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) that offers the possibility of carrying out procedures and receiving notifications and personal news easily, safely and without traveling.

Digital identity management is offered based on the Reference number, Cl@ve or electronic certificate (software or by NFC with the electronic DNI).

The procedures available on the APP are Rental, prior appointment, deferred payment and debt consultation, notifications and document comparison, virtual service tools, access to previously agreed video calls, census data and tax address, subscription to informative notices, research of signatures and property auctions, signing of documents and consultation of signed documents.

Offers access to information and the possibility of receiving notices of new information and personal notices.

Users provide personal data to log in, identify the device and allow the Tax Administration to provide personalized services within the scope of its competences, for which interaction with its own servers is necessary, therefore the Tax Administration informs users that this information will be available for your mobile app. This data will be used exclusively for the purposes of complying with your tax rights and obligations and will not be transferred to third parties, except in cases that comply with the provisions of article 95.1 of the General Tax Law.

It also provides a section in the APP with a legally valid privacy notice, as well as ensuring the corresponding protection of personal data. Part of this information is stored or sent to the Tax Agency's servers, always to the domains owned by it (https://www1.agenciatributaria.gob.es, https://www2.agenciatributaria.gob.es, https:/ /www6.agenciatributaria.gob.es, https://www9.agenciatributaria.gob.es, https://www12.agenciatributaria.gob.es, rummy vshttps://www*.agenciatributaria.gob.es) . Likewise, the Tax Agency guarantees that personal information will be stored and used in a sufficiently secure manner, for as long as necessary and only to provide you with the personalized services described above.
